Walnut Bamboo Beech

American Black Walnut:Deep, rich chocolate-brown tones with pronounced flowing grain. The definitive premium hardwood — ages beautifully, developing a natural patina over years of use. No two pieces share the same pattern.

Natural Bamboo:Rapidly renewable, exceptionally stable, and visually distinctive. Bamboo's linear grain and light caramel tone communicate sustainability at a glance — perfect for eco-positioned brands targeting European and North American markets.

European Beech:A cost-effective hardwood with a fine, even texture and pale creamy-pink tone. Highly workable and takes stains beautifully if you need a custom color. Popular in Japanese and Nordic markets.

Metal Materials VS Natural Materials

An aluminum frame with a walnut top plate. A bamboo base with stainless steel accents. Metal delivers structure and precision — wood brings warmth and individuality. Our in-house team works with both material families daily, so you get a single-source partner for mixed-material products. No need to coordinate between a metal shop and a wood shop.

FAQs

What are the cost differences between materials?

Carbon steel is the most budget-friendly option. Aluminum alloy and bamboo sit in the mid-range. Stainless steel, black walnut, and zinc alloy are premium-tier choices. Contact us with your specs for a detailed quote.

MOQ varies by material and process. Wood items tend to have more flexible MOQs. Zinc alloy casting requires higher MOQs due to tooling costs. Reach out with your project details for exact numbers.

Sample turnaround: 15-30 business days after drawing approval. Mold development adds extra time depending on complexity. Mass production lead times are confirmed once the sample is signed off.

We accept both. You can send finished CAD files, or share a concept sketch — our engineering team provides DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback and structural support.

For brands targeting EU and North American markets, we can source FSC-certified wood upon request. Please specify this requirement when inquiring.
